Grab your baby, and come workout! During this 45-minute mat class we’ll using small weights and various props throughout – your baby can be strapped to you, or hanging out on your mat! Please come as you are – crying babies & nursing mamas are all welcome here. Option to hang out as we sip on some green juices afterwards 🙂
